The SuperHOG program is an incentive program for Orlando HOG members.
Rules
All OHOG members shall start each calendar year with zero (0) points and accumulate them as follows:
- Riding on an Orlando HOG chapter ride
- Attending a general membership meeting
- Volunteering for an OHOG sponsored event
- Participating or attending an Orlando Harley Davidson Drill Team performance
Members attaining 25 points will be awarded their initial Orlando SuperHOG patch and a year-rocker.
Once the SuperHog patch has been awarded, a year rocker will be awarded for each additional year that a
member can achieve the accumulation of 25 points.
Stars will be awarded for each additional 25 points a member accumulates during a calendar
year and shall be affixed to that years rocker.
Honorary SuperHOG patches may, on occasion, be awarded by the board of Orlando HOG primary officers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Member:
Print your name on sign-up sheets so it can be easily read.
Road Captain:
Forward completed sign-up sheets with attached ride releases to the Dealer Liaison.
Dealer Liaison:
Forward completed sign-up sheets with attached ride releases to the Secretary.
Secretary:
Scan signature sheets from all HOG rides and forward to point coordinator.
Provide Point Coordinator with current membership roster.
Make the 2009 SuperHog Program rules available on the chapter website in the download section.
Point Coordinator:
Provide the Assistant Director, prior to the monthly member meeting, a list of each member’s point total.
Provide the Director, prior to the monthly member meeting, a list of awards due.
Provide the Quartermaster, prior to the monthly member meeting, a list of recipients eligible to buy additional SuperHOG merchandise.
Assistant Director:
Apprize members of their point-standing, at the monthly member meeting, on an as-requested basis, using the Point Coordinator’s monthly report.
Identify recipients and present awards at the monthly membership meeting.
Quartermaster:
Obtain SuperHOG patches and year-rockers for award and sale at monthly meetings.
Newsletter Editor:
Reprint rules quarterly in the Chapter newsletter - The Swineline.
